‘Dear Exhibitor,

Following our communication on January 19th, we have conducted a survey towards all exhibitors and partners of JEC World to decide on the timing of the exhibition, the survey has been closed as planned this morning (January 24th 2022).

The results of the survey are without appeal, with 73.5% of the exhibitors and partners in favor of holding JEC World in May 2022 (From May 3rd to 5th), and a postponement is therefore needed.

The exhibition halls for JEC World, from May 3rd to 5th 2022 will be Hall 5 and 6 of Paris Nord – Villepinte and each exhibitor will keep the same booth location as planned originally for March 2022. The exhibition rates will also remain as planned for March 2022.

As per the JEC World General terms and conditions of participation for Exhibitors, Section 1.2. we hereby officially notice you of that date change.
Can you please confirm within 15 calendar days your participation at JEC World 2022 at the above indicated new dates (May 3rd to 5th 2022) by mean of email.
In the absence of answer from your company at the latest by February 7th, 2022, (10am Paris Time), you will be considered as having accepted the new JEC World exhibition dates.

Should your company decide not to participate at these new exhibition dates, please contact us as soon as possible.  Please note that in this case JEC Group reserves the right to rearrange the floor plan and make the booth location allocated to your company available to other exhibitors.
