Bu noktada bilginin kayna\u011f\u0131 \u00fcniversiteler ile yenilik\u00e7i \u00fcr\u00fcnleri \u00fcretecek olan sanayi kesiminin kamunun yol g\u00f6stericili\u011finde bir araya gelmeleri b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem arz etmektedir.
