olan \u201c1001-Bilimsel ve Teknolojik Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Projelerini Destekleme Program\u0131\u2019n\u0131n 2020 y\u0131l\u0131 1. d\u00f6nem ba\u015fvurular\u0131 22 May\u0131s 2020 tarihinden itibaren al\u0131nmaya ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>1001 program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda ba\u015fvuru d\u00f6nemine \u00f6zel b\u00fct\u00e7e belirlenmekte ve belirlenen b\u00fct\u00e7e kapsam\u0131nda projelere destek verilmektedir. 1001 program\u0131nda proje \u00f6nerilerinin bilimsel de\u011ferlendirmesi \u00d6zg\u00fcn De\u011fer, Y\u00f6ntem, Proje Y\u00f6netimi ve Yayg\u0131n Etki kriterleri alt\u0131nda e\u015fit a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak de\u011ferlendirilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7\u0131kt\u0131 ve etki odakl\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7 y\u00f6netimimiz kapsam\u0131nda, 2020 y\u0131l\u0131 1. d\u00f6nem 1001 program\u0131nda de\u011ferlendirilecek proje \u00f6nerilerine a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki belirtilen kriterlerle g\u00f6re toplam puan\u0131n %25\u2019ine kadar ek puan verilecektir.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proje y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn (varsa) daha \u00f6nce desteklenen projeleri kapsam\u0131nda elde etti\u011fi \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131 performans\u0131 (*)<\/li>\n<li>T\u00dcB\u0130TAK \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 planlamas\u0131nda yer alan \u00f6ncelikli alan konular\u0131yla uyum ve Teknoloji Haz\u0131rl\u0131k Seviyesi (THS)\u2019ndeki art\u0131\u015f (ba\u015fvuru sisteminde a\u00e7\u0131klama istenecektir)<\/li>\n<li>Ufuk 2020 Program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda, do\u011frudan Avrupa Komisyonu hibeleriyle desteklenen programlara sunulan projelerde, ilgili kurum\/kurulu\u015f ad\u0131na proje y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcs\u00fc olmak<\/li>\n<li>\u00c7ok Disiplinli \/ Disiplinler aras\u0131 Projeler<\/li>\n<li>Proje \u00f6nerisi kapsam\u0131nda olu\u015fturulmu\u015f olan \u00dcniversite-\u00dcniversite \u0130\u015fbirli\u011fi<\/li>\n<li>Proje \u00f6nerisi kapsam\u0131nda olu\u015fturulmu\u015f olan \u00dcniversite-Sanayi \u0130\u015fbirli\u011fi<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Proje \u00f6nerileri panel puan\u0131 ve alaca\u011f\u0131 ek puanlar sonucu olu\u015facak toplam puan \u00fczerinden s\u0131ralamaya tabi tutulacak ve belirlenen b\u00fct\u00e7e kapsam\u0131nda destek karar\u0131 verilecektir.<\/p>\n<p><em>(*) Proje y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn daha \u00f6nce ARDEB taraf\u0131ndan desteklenen projesi\/projeleri bulunmas\u0131 durumunda, ARDEB Proje Takip Sistemi \u00fczerinde ilgili proje(ler) i\u00e7in \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131 bilgilerinin
