Di\u011fer taraftan yap\u0131m i\u015flerinde kullan\u0131lacak makine-malzeme ve ekipman\u0131n yerli mal\u0131 olmas\u0131 konusu ilgili maddenin(d)f\u0131kras\u0131 ile d\u00fczenlemi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Kanunun 63\u2019\u00fcnc\u00fc maddesinin (e) bendine istinaden, Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zca SGM 2014\/35 say\u0131l\u0131 Yerli Mal\u0131 Tebli\u011fi haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f ve 13 Eyl\u00fcl 2014 tarihli Resmi Gazete\u2019de yay\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Yerli mal\u0131 uygulamas\u0131n\u0131n takibi ve etkinli\u011finin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara devam edilmekte olup bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede uygulamaya ili\u015fkin g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ve \u00f6nerilerin 20\/07\/2020 tarihi mesai bitimine kadar iletilmesi hususunda gere\u011fini arz ederim.<\/p>\n<p>N.
