Dear member of the EACP,<\/p>\n

Hardly any other industry has been as severely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic as the international aerospace industry. Nevertheless, the current situation also offers the opportunity to explore new smart industrial innovations and to accelerate the development towards sustainable green technology.<\/p>\n

Here the EU-funded INNOSUP project GALACTICA offers support!<\/strong><\/p>\n

With a total budget of EUR 5 million, <\/strong>of which EUR 4 million <\/strong>are allocated directly to support European SMEs, <\/strong>GALACTICA project aims to connect the European aerospace and textile industries based on new advanced manufacturing methods. Interested companies and organizations will be supported by numerous funded activities (e.g. webinars, workshops, hackathons, on-site visits, matchmaking events), to learn from other sectors and to identify new potential business partners. Eight European partners (from Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Portugal and Spain) of the textile, aerospace and advanced manufacturing industry have joined forces to form the GALACTICA consortium. The cross-sectoral cooperation promotes the generation of new industrial value chains and innovative processes and products. Therefore two calls are foreseen where participating companies and organizations can apply for vouchers, either for a new project concept (20 kEUR each) or for the launch of a specific cross-sectoral innovation product (100 kEUR each).<\/p>\n

In order to design GALACTICA project activities, we want to identify as many interested actors as possible, their competences in their respective industry as well as specific market needs.<\/p>\n

The German partner S\u00fcderelbe AG \u2013 represented in EACP by Hamburg Aviation \u2013 is carrying out the following survey addressed to all EACP companies and organizations on behalf of the INNOSUP \u2013 GALACTICA project of the EU:<\/p>\n

\nAr-Ge yetene\u011finin y\u00fckseltilmesine katk\u0131da bulunmakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n

1501 Sanayi Ar-Ge Projeleri Destekleme Program\u0131n da ba\u015fvuru say\u0131s\u0131 i\u00e7in herhangi bir k\u0131s\u0131tlama yok iken, 1507 \u2013 KOB\u0130 Ar-Ge Ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 Destek Program\u0131 i\u00e7in T\u00dcB\u0130TAK taraf\u0131ndan daha \u00f6nce desteklenmemi\u015f kurulu\u015flar\u0131n en az ikisi ortakl\u0131 ba\u015fvuru olmak kayd\u0131yla ilk be\u015f projesi bu program \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde desteklenebilmektedir.<\/p>\n

Programlar\u0131n Kapsam\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n

1501-Sanayi Ar-Ge Projeleri Destekleme Program\u0131 ve 1507-KOB\u0130 Ar-Ge Ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 Program\u0131 ile yeni bir \u00fcr\u00fcn \u00fcretilmesi, \u00fcr\u00fcn kalitesinin veya standard\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fckseltilmesi, maliyet d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc nitelikte yeni tekniklerin ve yeni \u00fcretim teknolojilerinin geli\u015ftirmesi konular\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen
\nAr-Ge nitelikli projeler desteklenmektedir.<\/p>\n

1501 ve 1507 Programlar\u0131na Kimler Ba\u015fvurabilir<\/strong><\/p>\n

KOB\u0130 tan\u0131m\u0131na uyan ve sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne bak\u0131lmaks\u0131z\u0131n firma d\u00fczeyinde katma de\u011fer yaratan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de yerle\u015fik t\u00fcm sermaye \u015firketleri proje ba\u015fvurusunda bulunabilir.<\/p>\n

Ancak kanuni ve i\u015f merkezi yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bulunan i\u015fletmelerin dar m\u00fckellefiyet stat\u00fcs\u00fcndeki T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de yerle\u015fik temsilcilik ve \u015fubeleri ile vak\u0131flar, dernekler ve bunlar\u0131n iktisadi i\u015fletmeleri, kooperatifler, birlikler, \u015fah\u0131s \u015firketleri ve adi ortakl\u0131klar bu program kapsam\u0131nda ba\u015fvuru yapamazlar.<\/p>\n

1507-KOB\u0130 Ar-Ge Ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 Destek Program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda KOB\u0130 \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011findeki i\u015fletmelerin en az ikisi ortakl\u0131 ba\u015fvuru olmak kayd\u0131yla ilk be\u015f projesi desteklenir. T\u00dcB\u0130TAK-TEYDEB destek programlar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda de\u011ferlendirme s\u00fcrecinde olan proje say\u0131s\u0131 ile destek karar\u0131 verilmi\u015f proje say\u0131s\u0131 toplam\u0131 be\u015f olan kurulu\u015f yeni bir ba\u015fvuru yapamaz. Ancak, de\u011ferlendirme s\u00fcreci devam eden proje \u00f6nerilerinden en az birinin desteklenmesi uygun bulunmaz ise kurulu\u015f yeni bir proje ba\u015fvurusunda bulunabilir. 1501 Sanayi Ar-Ge Projeleri Destekleme Program\u0131n da ise ba\u015fvuru say\u0131s\u0131 i\u00e7in herhangi bir k\u0131s\u0131tlama yoktur.<\/p>\n

Ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve Geli\u015ftirme (Ar-Ge) Nedir?<\/strong>
\n\u0130nsan\u0131n, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn ve toplumun bilgisinden olu\u015fan bilgi da\u011farc\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve bu da\u011farc\u0131\u011f\u0131n yeni uygulamalar tasarlamak \u00fczere kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in sistematik bir temelde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen yarat\u0131c\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalard\u0131r.
