{"id":19521,"date":"2021-01-01T10:43:18","date_gmt":"2021-01-01T07:43:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/?p=19521"},"modified":"2026-10-19T10:38:46","modified_gmt":"2026-10-19T07:38:46","slug":"kkdikte-yeni-donem-basliyor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kompozit.org.tr\/en\/kkdikte-yeni-donem-basliyor\/","title":{"rendered":"KKD\u0130K\u2019te Yeni D\u00f6nem Ba\u015fl\u0131yor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Bilindi\u011fi \u00fczere, Kimyasallar\u0131n Kayd\u0131, De\u011ferlendirilmesi, \u0130zni ve K\u0131s\u0131tlanmas\u0131 Hakk\u0131nda Y\u00f6netmelik (KKD\u0130K) kapsam\u0131nda 31 Aral\u0131k 2020 tarihinden \u00f6nce imal edilen veya ithal edilen kimyevi maddelerin (kendi halinde veya kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m i\u00e7inde, y\u0131ll\u0131k miktar\u0131 bir ton ya da daha fazla olan) <strong>31 Aral\u0131k 2020 tarihine kadar \u00f6n-MBDF g\u00f6nderimi ve akabinde 31 Aral\u0131k 2023 tarihine kadar nihai kay\u0131t y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc zorunlu k\u0131l\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00dclkemizde KKD\u0130K Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi ile d\u00fczenlenme zorunlulu\u011fu getirilen Madde Bilgi De\u011fi\u015fim Formu (MBDF), Avrupa Birli\u011fi\u2019nin REACH kay\u0131t sisteminde kullanm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu Substance Information Exchange Form (SIEF) ile ayn\u0131 i\u015flevi g\u00f6rmektedir. \u00dclkemiz KKD\u0130K sisteminde \u00f6n-MBDF formlar\u0131n nihai kay\u0131tlar\u0131n ba\u015flayaca\u011f\u0131 1 Ocak 2021 tarihinden \u00f6nce g\u00f6nderilmi\u015f olmas\u0131, ortak kay\u0131t s\u00fcrecinin etkin i\u015flemesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem arz etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Ancak kay\u0131t s\u00fcrecinin 31 Aral\u0131k 2023 tarihine kadar devam edecek olmas\u0131 ve 31 Aral\u0131k 2020 tarihinden sonra piyasaya ilk kez arz edilecek olan yeni maddeler i\u00e7in de sistemin aktif olmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan 31 Aral\u0131k 2020 tarihinden sonra da \u00f6n-MBDF mod\u00fcl\u00fc kapanmayacak ve i\u015flevini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrecektir.<\/p>\n<p>Bundan sonraki s\u00fcre\u00e7te \u00f6n-MBDF g\u00f6nderen firmalar; MBDF sorgulama yaparak ayn\u0131 maddenin \u00f6n-MBDF g\u00f6ndermi\u015f olan di\u011fer firmalar\u0131n ileti\u015fim bilgilerine ula\u015fabilmekte, bu sayede kay\u0131t i\u00e7in gerekli olan veri ve maliyet payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131na ili\u015fkin hususlar hakk\u0131nda kay\u0131t s\u00fcreci \u00f6ncesinde ayn\u0131 madde imalat\u00e7\u0131, ithalat\u00e7\u0131 ve tek temsilcileri ile irtibat kurabilmektedir.
