Bu sorunlar dahilinde, firmalar\u0131n farkl\u0131 yerlerde \u00fcretim yap\u0131yor olu\u015fu sebebiyle \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin sevk \u00fclkesi ile fatura d\u00fczenlenen \u00fclkenin birbirinden farkl\u0131 olmas\u0131 durumlar\u0131nda belgelerin g\u00fcmr\u00fckte kabul edilmeyi\u015fine dair ya\u015fanan sorunlar derne\u011fimize iletilmi\u015ftir. Bu konuya a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k getirmek \u00fczere yani, men\u015fe \u015fahadetnamesinin e\u015fyan\u0131n men\u015fe \u00fclkesi veya sevk edildi\u011fi \u00fclke taraf\u0131ndan d\u00fczenlenmedi\u011fi durumlardaki kar\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131rmak ad\u0131na Ticaret Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, G\u00fcmr\u00fckler Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan 8 Ocak 2021 tarihinde \u201cMen\u015fe \u015eahadetnamesinin D\u00fczenlenece\u011fi \u00dclkeler Hakk\u0131nda\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla bir genelge yay\u0131nlam\u0131\u015f bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu genelge ile birlikte, AB \u00fclkelerinden yap\u0131lan sevkiyatlarda ticaret yap\u0131lan \u00fclke ile ihracat \u00fclkesinin\/sevk \u00fclkesinin farkl\u0131 AB \u00fclkeleri olmas\u0131 durumunda men\u015fe \u015fahadetnamesinin hangisi taraf\u0131ndan d\u00fczenlendi\u011fine bak\u0131lmaks\u0131z\u0131n kabul edilmesi; di\u011fer \u00fclkelerden yap\u0131lan sevkiyatlarda ise yaln\u0131zca men\u015fe \u00fclke veya ihracat\u00e7\u0131 \u00fclke taraf\u0131ndan d\u00fczenlenen men\u015fe \u015fahadetnamelerinin kabul edilmesi y\u00f6n\u00fcndeki uygulamaya devam edilece\u011fi bildirilmi\u015ftir.
