Bundan sonraki s\u00fcre\u00e7te \u00f6n-MBDF g\u00f6nderen firmalar; MBDF sorgulama yaparak ayn\u0131 maddenin \u00f6n-MBDF g\u00f6ndermi\u015f olan di\u011fer firmalar\u0131n ileti\u015fim bilgilerine ula\u015fabilmekte olup, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen ileti\u015fimler sonras\u0131 MBDF\u2019de <strong>Lider<\/strong> firman\u0131n kim olaca\u011f\u0131 belirlenecektir.<\/p>\n<p>Lider firmalar belirlendikten sonra; maddenin MBDF sorgulamas\u0131nda di\u011fer firmalar taraf\u0131ndan Lider Firma bilgisi g\u00f6r\u00fclebilecektir. Lider firma kay\u0131t dosyas\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6nderirken \u00fcye firmalar\u0131 da dosyas\u0131nda belirtecektir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n 29\/01\/2021 tarihinde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 duyuruda Lider firma beyanlar\u0131na 15\/02\/2021 tarihinde ba\u015flanaca\u011f\u0131, daha \u00f6nce yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olan Liderlik beyanlar\u0131n ge\u00e7erli say\u0131lmayaca\u011f\u0131 bildirilmi\u015f olup, lider firman\u0131n \u2018Madde \u0130\u00e7in Lider Firmay\u0131m\u2019 beyan\u0131n\u0131 yapmadan \u00f6nce MBDF\u2019deki t\u00fcm firmalarla ileti\u015fime ge\u00e7mesi gereklili\u011finin alt\u0131 \u00e7izilerek, beyan yap\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra da ileti\u015fimlerin devam edece\u011fi ve MBDF\u2019ye yeni eklenen firmalar\u0131n da s\u00fcrece dahil edilece\u011fi bildirilmi\u015ftir.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n kay\u0131t s\u00fcrecine y\u00f6nelik duyurusuna <a href=\"https:\/\/kimyasallar.csb.gov.tr\/kkdik-kayit-surecine-iliskin-duyuru-2\/344\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/kimyasallar.csb.gov.tr\/kkdik-kayit-surecine-iliskin-duyuru-2\/344\u200b<\/a>adresinden eri\u015fim sa\u011flanabilir.
