“Dear Exhibitor,

Even if everything was ready to organize JEC World in June, we have received multiple calls and emails from exhibitors over the past few weeks, being worried about the evolution of the Pandemic Worldwide, and the lack of visibility on potential travel restrictions, notwithstanding the sanitary measures taken by many governments among others in Europe.

We have therefore conducted a survey towards all exhibitors and partners of JEC World from February 17th to 24th 2021, to determine jointly what JEC World dates should be with two options: maintain June 1st to 3rd 2021 or reschedule to March 8th to 10th 2022.

The results of the survey are without appeal, with only 12% of the exhibitors and partners in favor of holding JEC World in June 2021, and 88 % in favor of holding the Exhibition in March 2022.

Therefore, JEC World’s next edition is officially postponed to March 8th to 10th 2022, at the Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition center, in halls 5A & 6, and each exhibitor will keep the same booth location as planned for June 2021.

As per the JEC World General terms and conditions of participation for Exhibitors, Section 1.2, we hereby officially notify you of that date change.

Can you please confirm within 15 calendar days your participation at JEC World 2022 at the above indicated new dates (March 8th to 10th 2022) by sending us back signed by email the following amendment to your contract: https://www.jec-world.events/JEC-WORLD-Postponment-Amendment-Exhibitor-Contract.pdf

For those of you who also or only ordered sponsorships tools, you will also need to fill in and sign the following contract: https://www.jec-world.events/JEC-WORLD-Postponment-Sponsor-Amendment.pdf

In the absence of answer from your company at the latest by March 11th, 2021, 9am (Paris Time), you will be considered as having accepted the new JEC World exhibition dates in 2022.

Should your company decide not to participate at these new exhibition dates March 08th to 10th 2022, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that in this case JEC Group reserves the right to rearrange the floor plan and make the booth location allocated to your company available to other exhibitors.

In parallel, willing to answer our clients and partners expectations, JEC Group will come back to you shortly to offer you the opportunity to be part of an online event, including: Innovation Awards, Presentations, and Networking in June, enabling your company to discover trends, exchange and connect with worldwide professionals.

Feel free to contact us with any questions,

We are looking forward to hearing from you,

Bets regards
