The procurement defined in this document consists of the delivery by 2 different providers of 2 sets of surveillance aerostats, data transmission, payload control and the necessary expertise to deploy and manage them. These 2 systems will be used for the execution of a pilot project to test, compare, and evaluate different surveillance aerostat. The deployment, test, and evaluation will be carried out in 2 fixed points of the coast of 1 EU Member State, over a specified time-line.<\/p>\n
