Hukuk\u00e7u ve uzmanlar\u0131n konu hakk\u0131nda farkl\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f belirtmeleri nedeniyle ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan bilgi kirlili\u011fine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak uygulamada sorunlar olu\u015fmu\u015ftur.
