Hasan Sezgin \u00dcST\u00dcN <\/strong>Y\u00f6netim Kurulumuzun 19 Kas\u0131m 2018 tarihinde yap\u0131lan 156. Ola\u011fan Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Toplant\u0131s\u0131nda oy birli\u011fi ile Kompozit Sanayicileri Derne\u011fi \u00fcyeli\u011fine kabul edilmistir.<\/p>\n

1955 y\u0131l\u0131nda kurulan M\u0130TA\u015e Madeni \u0130nsaat \u0130sleri T\u00fcrk A.\u015e. ile is d\u00fcnyas\u0131ndaki yolculu\u011funa baslayan M\u0130TA\u015e Grup, bug\u00fcn b\u00fcnyesindeki sirketler ile enerji, telekom\u00fcnikasyon, ayd\u0131nlatma, savunma ve kimya sekt\u00f6rlerinde k\u00fcresel \u00f6l\u00e7ekte faaliyet g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p>\n

Y\u00f6netim merkezi Ankara\u2019da olan M\u0130TA\u015e Grup, Ankara, \u0130zmir, \u0130zmit ve \u0130talya\u2019da \u00fcretim fabrikalar\u0131na sahiptir. Y\u0131ll\u0131k 235.000 ton \u00e7elik \u00fcretim kapasitesi ile alan\u0131nda lider olan M\u0130TA\u015e Grup, ISO500 listesinde de yer almaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Bug\u00fcne dek \u00fcr\u00fcnlerini 5 k\u0131tada 135\u2019ten fazla \u00fclkeye ihra\u00e7 etmis olan M\u0130TA\u015e Grup, 2018 y\u0131l\u0131 itibariyle kompozit sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne yat\u0131r\u0131m yapm\u0131st\u0131r.<\/p>\n

M\u0130TA\u015e Kompozit & Boya tesisi 33700 m2 alan \u00fczerinde yerlesik 17750 m2 kapal\u0131 alanda faaliyet g\u00f6stermektedir. 2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda devreye al\u0131nm\u0131s olan tesis kalifiye personeli ve son teknoloji \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc makine ve ekipmanlarla kompozit direk, boru ve profil \u00fcretimi hizmetlerini vermektedir. Bilgisayar destekli tezgahlar\u0131yla y\u00fcksek kalite \u00fcr\u00fcn isleme kapasitesine sahip bu tesiste, filaman sar\u0131m y\u00f6ntemi ile 12 m boy ve 1000 mm\u2018ye kadar de\u011fisen \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclerde sar\u0131m yapabilmekte, sar\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131lan malzemelerin nihai \u00fcr\u00fcn olana kadarki t\u00fcm islemleri de yine tesis kapsam\u0131ndaki CNC tezgahlarda tamamlanabilmektedir. Elyaf olarak cam d\u0131s\u0131nda karbon ve aramid gibi ileri malzemeleri de destekleyen bilgisayar kontroll\u00fc gergi tezgahlar\u0131n\u0131n oldu\u011fu tesiste polyester, epoksi gibi farkl\u0131 re\u00e7ineleri otomatik olarak tezgahlar\u0131na besleyebilmektedir.<\/p>\n

Tesiste ayr\u0131ca 1000\u00d7300 mm \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclerine kadar her t\u00fcrl\u00fc kesitte profilin (I, U, L, O, vs) do\u011frusal ve Radius\u00ae olarak s\u00fcrekli \u00fcretilebildi\u011fi bir pultr\u00fczyon hatt\u0131 da bulunmaktad\u0131r. Ayn\u0131 zamanda pul \u2013 winding teknolojisine sahiptir.<\/p>\n
