Besli, 2006 – 2011 yılları arasında  Akbank’ta Ticari Bankacılık, KOBİ, Proje Finansmanı ve Nakit Yönetimi Bölümlerinden sorumlu Genel Müdür Yardımcısı olarak çalışmış ve  2011 yılında emekli olmuş ve aynı yıl BESFİN’i kurmuştur.Türkiye Sermaye Piyasaları Kurulu Sermaye Piyasası Faaliyetleri Düzey 3 Lisansı ve Kredi Derecelendirme ve Kurumsal Yönetim Derecelendirme Lisanslarına sahiptir. İstanbul Üniversitesi İktisat Bölümü Mezunu olan Besli Akbank’ta görev yaptığı süre boyunca dünyanın önde gelen finans kuruluşu Deutsche Bank’ta staj yapmış, satış ve pazarlama konularında çok sayıda yurtiçi ve yurtdışı eğitimlere katılmıştır. Son olarak London Business School’da “Müşteri Odaklı Pazarlama Stratejisi” eğitimine katılmıştır. vrupa Politika Araştırmaları Merkezi (CEPS) ve Akdeniz Avrupa Enstitüsü (IEMED) tarafından ortaklaşa kurulan üst düzey bir çalışma grubunun üyesi olan Besli, küçük ve orta büyüklükteki işletmelerin (KOBİ’ler) bölgedeki finansmana erişimini artırmak için pratik yolların incelendiği Barselona ve Brüksel’deki toplantılara aktif olarak katılmıştır.
