Solvay and Leonardo signed a five year material supply agreement for programs across its Aerostructures, Aircraft, Helicopters and Electronics divisions. Solvay will provide a broad range of market leading and innovative materials including thermoset composites CYCOM 977-2 and CYCOM 970, thermoplastic composites APC and APC-2 and SURFACEMASTER 905 adhesives. | Gurit to Close Zullwil Aerospace Plant in Switzerland |

| Gurit informed that it has advanced the closure of its Zullwil plant into 2020, several months earlier than originally planned. The demand in the global Aerospace market has dropped because of the COVID-19 pandemic. On October 1, 2019 Gurit already communicated its intention to close the Zullwil, Switzerland site in the second half of 2021.
