20 Mayıs 2020 tarih ve 31132 sayılı Resmi Gazete’de yayınlanan 2565 sayılı Cumhurbaşkanlığı Kararı gereğince içerisinde 3917, 3918, 3919, 3923 ve 847710 (plastik borular, plastik yer kaplamaları, kendinden yapışkanlı levhalar, filmler, bantlar, folyolar ve şeritler, plastik eşya taşıma ambalajları ve enjeksiyon makineleri) GTİP altında kayıtlı plastik mamullerin ve plastik işleme makinelerinin bir kısmının da yer aldığı bir grup ürüne ilave gümrük vergisi getirilmiştir. Kararın Ek-2’sinde yer alan tabloda belirtilen ilave gümrük vergileri yayım tarihinden 30/09/2020 tarihine kadar uygulanacak olup, Ek-1’inde yer alan tabloda belirtilen ilave gümrük vergileri ise 01/10/2020 tarihi itibariyle geçerli olacaktır.

Kararın yayım tarihinden önce Türkiye’ye sevk edilmek üzere bir taşıma belgesi düzenlenerek yüklemesi yapılmış olan eşyanın yayım tarihinden itibaren 15 gün içerisinde ithalat gümrük beyannamesinin tescili halinde Kararın Ek-1’inde yer alan ilave gümrük vergisi oranı tahsil edilecektir.
