Owens Corning reported consolidated net sales of $1.6 billion, a decrease of 4% or $66 million, compared with 2019. First-quarter 2020 net loss attributable to Owens Corning was $917 million, or $8.43 per diluted share, compared with net earnings attributable to Owens Corning of $44 million, or $0.40 per diluted share, in 2019.
