With the 2021 Budget Law, the advertising bonus is confirmed also for the year 2022. 50% of the total invested can be recovered through the tax credit
(and not only on the incremental value as it happened in past years) in advertising campaigns in newspapers and magazines, even online .

Based on art. 5, DPCM n. 90/2018, the interested parties must submit, in March , an electronic application, to be sent, through the platform made available by the Revenue Agency , using the specific form .
This application may be presented from 1 to 31 March 2022 and must contain :
- and the data of the investments made
- and those to be carried out during the year (by way of “booking”)
The quantification of the tax credit due will be determined on the basis of the investments actually made, which must be transmitted with the same method used for the booking from 1 to 31 January 2023.
