Organizational Structure

The team working in the association's secretariat.

The General Assembly is the most authoritative body of the Composite Manufacturers Association. The Board of Directors, elected by the General Assembly, manages and represents the association; the Supervisory Board oversees the association's activities and accounts. The General Secretariat implements the decisions of the Board of Directors and carries out the daily coordination of the association's activities. Working committees continue their technical and strategic work in their areas of expertise.

Secretary General

Born in Istanbul in 1981, Ebru Koç graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics, Department of Economics in 2003. Beginning her career of over 20 years at Philips Turkey, Koç held senior-level responsibilities in marketing and commercial management in Turkey and Kazakhstan. During her time at Sabancı University, she spearheaded the establishment and structuring of the university's international promotion system, making significant contributions to Sabancı University's internationalization efforts. From 2018 to 2023, she served as Secretary General at Kadir Has University, responsible for all administrative units, coordinating corporate governance, administrative structuring, and strategic processes. From July 2023 to April 2025, she worked on increasing collaborations and improving the national and international visibility of our Association. As of December 2025, she continues to serve as the Secretary General of our Association.

Ebru Koç completed her master's degree with thesis in Marketing at Istanbul Bilgi University and is currently pursuing her doctoral studies in the same field at the same university. She is fluent in English and Russian.
