Establishment
The Composite Manufacturers Association (KSD) is a non-profit civil society organization representing the Turkish composite industry. Founded on May 18, 2005, the Association aims to create a strong collaboration network by bringing together raw material, semi-finished, intermediate, and final product producers and suppliers, academic institutions, and sectoral stakeholders under one roof.
Aim
KSD carries out the following activities to support the development of the composites sector in Türkiye and to contribute to raising sectoral awareness:
- Organizing seminars, conferences, symposiums, and technical tours to inform the public and official institutions.
- Developing scientifically based, feasible solutions by analyzing sectoral problems.
- To report on industry developments through regularly published newsletters.
- To conduct presentations and content creation activities aimed at promoting composite technologies.
- To contribute to establishing a scientific basis for composite studies.
