Mediation enables companies to quickly resolve their business, commercial, and consumer disputes. TOBB (Turkish Chambers of Commerce and Industry) established a mediation and arbitration center to serve as a central hub for resolving legal disputes between companies.
TOBBUYUM Mediation and Dispute Resolution Center's seminar for large-scale national and international companies will be held online and free of charge on Friday, June 24th at 2:30 PM, with a presentation by TOBBUYUM General Manager Dr. Onur Yüksel. Registration and participation will be via the Zoom link shared by the Kocaeli Chamber of Industry.
The seminar was planned to introduce national and international mediation, to discuss the inclusion of mediation and arbitration clauses in contracts, and to share information on the Singapore Convention. Company owners, board members, legal advisors, and financial advisors were expected to attend the event.
