AERO WIND INDUSTRY INC.

Enercon was founded in 1984 by Dr. Aloys Wobben in Aurich, Germany. Enercon GmbH has production facilities in Germany, Brazil, Portugal, Sweden, Canada, France, Austria, and Türkiye, as well as sales, service, and technical offices in many other countries worldwide. Aero Rüzgar Endüstri A.Ş. was established in 2002 in the Aegean Free Zone.
Aero Wind Industry Inc. is the first company in Türkiye to manufacture wind turbine blades. The company employs over 400 people. Its production facility in the Aegean Free Zone in Izmir consists of 32,000 m² of open space and 12,000 m² of covered space. The ISO 9001 Quality Management System is used.
Aero Wind Industry Inc. currently continues the production of MW series wind turbine blades. The production technique used is vacuum infusion, and the material is based on glass fiber and epoxy resin.
