TEKNO INDUSTRIAL CHEMICALS MANUFACTURING AND TRADE LTD. CO. was established in 2003. It provides distribution, supply, and service for high-performance epoxy and polyurethane-based materials used in the production of models, prototypes, final products, and their molds in Turkey.
Since 2005, Tekno has been the general distributor in Turkey for Sika Deutschland GmbH, a leading company in its field. In recent years, Sika has acquired Axson, creating a strong global partnership in the mold and composite industries. The company also handles the sales and marketing in Turkey for Trelleborg Rochdale Ltd., a world leader in syntactic materials used in glass spheres, the defense industry, and the vacuum forming industry, and is its general distributor.
Their product range includes epoxy and polyurethane-based modeling and molding blocks, high-temperature resistant epoxy modeling blocks used in the composite industry, wood-like polyurethane ingots, epoxy lamination resins, epoxy and polyurethane mold surface gelcoats, fast and slow-setting polyurethane casting systems, elastic (flexible) polyurethane casting systems, high-temperature resistant epoxy molding materials, and fillers and adhesives used in these products.
The company provides training in its in-house application workshop regarding the products it sells, and also offers all kinds of engineering consultancy services for the selection and application of these products. Furthermore, using the machinery in its workshop, it manufactures finished products from the epoxy and polyurethane materials it sells, primarily for the defense industry and other industrial sectors.
