OUR 9TH MEMBER MEETING WAS HELD.
The Composite Manufacturers Association held its 9th member meeting on "The Effects of Covid-19 on Occupational Health and Labor Law" online on June 11, 2020, due to the prevailing circumstances. 76 industry representatives participated in the meeting, which was conducted via Zoom.
The meeting, which began with the opening speech by Mr. Barış Pakiş, the Chairman of our Association's Board of Directors, continued with a presentation by Attorney Ulaş Yıldız from the Turkish Chemical, Petroleum, Rubber and Plastics Industry Employers' Union (KİPLAS). He first provided detailed information about KİPLAS and its activities, followed by an assessment of worker health and labor law during the current and future period. Following Mr. Yıldız's presentation, Ms. Müge Tolunay Gündoğdu, Strategy and Human Resources Director from Polin Water Parks and Pool Systems, gave a presentation including examples of workplace measures taken during the Covid-19 process. After the presentations, questions from the audience were answered by Attorney Ulaş Yıldız.
