Ticaret Bakanlığından alınan, aynı konuya ilişkin 31429883—E-00038571569 sayı ve 05.11.2018 tarihli yazıda aşağıdaki hususlar yer almaktadır:

“İlgide kayıtlı yazımızda, Dışişleri Bakanlığından alınan bir yazıya atfen, Amerika Birleşik Devletleri (ABD) Hazine Bakanlığı’nın 1 Ağustos 2018 tarihinde, İçişleri Bakanı Sayın Süleyman Soylu ve Adalet Bakanı Sayın Abdülhamit Gül hakkında aldığı yaptırım kararına, diplomatik teamüllerin esasını oluşturan mütekabiliyet ilkesinin gereği olarak, aynıyla mukabele edilmesinin uygun olacağının değerlendirildiği belirtilerek ABD Adalet Bakanı Jeff Sessions ile ABD İç Güvenlik Bakanı Kirsjten M. Nielsen’e ilişkin olarak; diğer tedbirlerin yanında, Türkiye’deki gerçek ve tüzel kişilerin adı geçenlerle her türlü mali işlem gerçekleştirmesinin ve ticari ilişkide bulunmasının yasaklanması, bu itibarla, adı geçenlerin kendileri ve/veya sahibi, ortağı, yöneticisi olduğu şirketlerle hiçbir surette ticaret yapılmaması gerektiği bildirilmişti.”

“Bu defa, yine Dışişleri Bakanlığından alınan bir yazıda, ABD Hazine Bakanlığının İçişleri Bakanı Sayın Süleyman Soylu ve Adalet Bakanı Sayın Abdülhamit Gül’e yönelik yaptırım kararını kaldırmasına paralel olarak, ABD Adalet Bakanı Jeff Sessions ile ABD İç Güvenlik Bakanı Kirsjten M. “Bu itibarla, ABD Adalet Bakanı Jeff Sessions ile ABD İç Güvenlik Bakanı Kirsjten M. Nielsen’e uygulanan ve ilgide kayıtlı yazımızda belirtilen yaptırımlar 2 Kasım 2018 tarihi itibariyle kaldırılmıştır.”
