About Digital Transformation Solutions Service

TÜSİAD Digital Transformation in Industry (SD)2Registration for the 2020 period of the TÜSİAD SD program, targeting "Corporate Firms Using Technology," is ongoing.2 The aim of the program is to bring together those who use technology in production processes and those who provide technological solutions, taking into account the important aspects of strengthening the digital transformation process of industry; to introduce the technology supplier network and expertise in Türkiye; to support technology production; and to present best practice examples that will inspire technological transformation planning. At the beginning of the program, the digital maturity levels of participating technology user companies will be measured to determine their level of digitalization and needs. Participation in the program is subject to a fee (40,000 TL + VAT); registration must be completed using the pre-registration form linked below.

Conditions for Technology User applications: Companies that want to benefit from solutions for their Digital Transformation needs by being matched with Technology Supplier companies

  • Participation in the program requires having a digital transformation goal and wanting to undertake projects to achieve that goal.
  • The digital transformation process and SD2 corporate ownership for the project within the scope
  • SD2 having relevant representatives (team) for the project to be developed within this scope
  • Annual participation fee for the program (40,000 + VAT for participation in all processes)
  • SD2 There is the possibility of allocating funds in the 2021 budget to implement the digital solution to be produced within this scope.

Period:

  • Technology users will issue a call for proposals based on the problem/need/opportunity area they have identified.
    • A 2-2.5 hour online workshop will be conducted with the managers of the Technology User who initiated the call and wishes to utilize this service. A report will be generated regarding the User Company's strengths and weaknesses, and support will be provided for the call concept.
    • As part of the call for proposals specifying the needs of the Technology User Company, a checklist will also be generated to assist in selecting the Technology Supplier, and the Supplier will also have a checklist to consider in their application.
  • The Technology Supplier (whose product/service matches the requirements defined by the Technology User) will submit its application.
  • Compliance with the technical specifications and technology user calls will be evaluated.
  • The Technology User will select up to 10 Technology Suppliers who could be potential solution partners to be invited to the STEP program.
  • Industry-Technology Integration Program (STEP) – (1 Day)
    • The event will include expert talks, themed panels, and networking sessions.
    • Technology users will be matched with technology suppliers selected at the end of the preliminary round through interviews.
    • The details of these pairings will also be shared with the parties involved and the public.
    • Technology Users will eventually begin working one-on-one with the Technology Provider they are matched with in STEP, and together they will... solution file They will create.
  • The solution files created at the end of the One-on-One Study Period will be evaluated by independent juries.
  • The solution files created by technology user and supplier companies during the one-on-one working period are presented to a jury consisting of prominent business people and academics from Türkiye, and the success category is determined.
  • Solution files that meet the criteria will be announced.
  • Solution file presentations will be given.
  • The awarding of the achievement plaque will take place.
