Regarding Applications for Suspension of Procedures

According to the document published by the General Directorate of Imports of the Turkish Ministry of Trade, regarding raw materials and semi-finished products needed by our industrialists... suspension of customs duties or application of tariff quotas within the process July 2026 A new application and evaluation process has been initiated.

In this context:

New suspension requests with Appeals or counter-applications regarding existing suspension practices no later than December 5, 2025 until that date,
The demands to abolish the currently applied reduced customs duties are as follows: no later than November 6, 2025 up to that date, companies, Registered Electronic Mail (KEP) from their addresses ticaretbakanligi@hs01.kep.tr It must be submitted electronically to [address].
