In a letter sent by the Ministry of Health to the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), it is stated that a draft regulation titled "Regulation on Procedures and Principles Regarding Medical Examinations for Health Surveillance of Employees" has been prepared within the framework of the Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331, outlining the procedures and principles for medical examinations related to the health surveillance of employees.
