Regarding the Use of Locally Produced Products
As is known, according to clauses (c) and (d) of Article 63 of the Public Procurement Law No. 4734;
- A price advantage of % 15% shall be provided in favor of bidders offering domestically produced goods in tenders for selected goods from among medium and high-technology industrial products (Annex-1).
- A price advantage of 15% of % will be provided in favor of bidders offering domestic software products (Annex-1).
- For use in construction projects, it is mandatory that the machinery and equipment selected from among medium-low, medium-high, and high-technology machinery and equipment be domestically produced (Annex-2). Lists relating to these items are prepared by our Ministry and submitted to the Public Procurement Authority, and are updated annually.
