Agile Project Online Training (January 19, 2021)

The Agile Approach is a product development approach that allows for an agile response to change, maintaining team discipline and concentration, and enabling necessary adaptations, instead of making long-term and risky plans. It is essential to follow and implement relatively easy methods while maintaining extremely strict discipline and practices, and working towards goals.

Our training aims to enable participants to learn and develop agile approach practices, the requirements and practical gains of the experimental approach, focusing on value-based priorities, ensuring consistent high-quality delivery, generating solutions through agile business analysis, and learning the principles of product development with agile approaches.

Meet our instructor.

Hakan Aksungar has over 20 years of experience in software development projects in the technology sector. Between 2013 and 2015, he served as the coordinator of the Project Management Certificate Program at Yıldız University.

He teaches Project Management courses in the Data Analytics and Big Data Master's Program at Sabancı University. Since October 2018, he has been regularly organizing Project Management Certificate Programs at Başkent University in Ankara. He has been providing Agile & Scrum training and Agile Team Coaching since 2012. He has provided training and consulting services on the Agile & Scrum approach to companies such as Kartaca, TeknoSA, Natica, ATP, ATP/TradeSoft, Amadeus IT, Athena, Evrim, Neova, Ziraat Bankası, Natica, Smartics, Partnera, Turkish Banks Association, Erkut Holding, Emsey Holding, ETTS/Amerikadanİste, etc.
