Dilovası Organized Industrial Zone (DOSB) will hold an auction on Tuesday, February 4, 2020, in the meeting room of the Dilovası Organized Industrial Zone Directorate administrative building to allocate 4 plots to investors. The allocation auction will be held..., Law No. 4562 on Organized Industrial Zones The auction will be conducted through open bidding and negotiation procedures in accordance with Article 18 of the Organized Industrial Zones Implementation Regulation. Those wishing to participate in the auction must be present at the auction location on February 4, 2020, at the auction time, with the documents specified in the specifications and in accordance with the terms of the allocation agreement. Applications submitted by mail, courier, telegram, or internet will not be accepted. DOSB is not subject to the public procurement law and is free to conduct or not conduct the auction. Investors (legal entities/natural persons) acquiring the property must operate within the framework of the Organized Industrial Zones Law No. 4562 and its related Implementation Regulation, and commit to doing so.
