Meet our instructor.

Dr. İpek Aldatmaz Şener was born in Adana. She completed her high school education at Tarsus American College. After graduating from Istanbul University Faculty of Business Administration, she received her MBA degree from American University Kogod School of Business. She began her career as a Treasury and Fund Management Analyst at Doğan Holding, and later worked in International Finance at Turkcell Communication Services Inc. She completed her PhD in Strategy and Management at Yeditepe University's English Business Administration Department, conducting research in Turkey and the United States on remote work and the effective management of virtual teams as part of her thesis. Currently, she provides training and consulting services to global companies through Renewist Coaching and Consulting and teaches at İstinye University. She holds an Italian Language Certificate from the Ministry of National Education and the Scuola Leonardo Da Vinci in Rome and is fluent in English and Italian.
