“2566-Bilateral Cooperation Program with the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC)” Within this scope, TÜBİTAK will support joint research projects to be carried out by researchers in Türkiye and China.

Researchers in Türkiye who wish to propose a joint research project must agree with the researcher(s) in China with whom they will carry out the project as "project partners".

Unilateral project applications are not accepted; only joint projects are permitted. 2 years It should be regulated.

Collaborative research areas:

• Screening and development of broad-spectrum anti-coronavirus drugs.
• Research and development of an anti-coronavirus vaccine.
• Etiology and pathogenic mechanisms of animal-derived viruses, and protective immune mechanisms against the virus.
• New technologies for rapid and accurate diagnosis of coronavirus.
• Public health management, operational sciences, health delivery sciences, and the social and behavioral aspects of emergency public health response.

The budget limits have been set at 720,000 TL for researchers applying from Türkiye and 1,500,000 RMB for researchers applying from China.
