The International Renewable Energy Agency's (IRENA) report, "Global Outlook for Renewable Energy," reveals that energy transition will contribute significantly to economic growth and employment by 2050. Furthermore, ways to reduce global carbon dioxide emissions by at least 70 percent by 2050 are being explored.
