Minister of Trade Ruhsar Pekcan stated that they have added another initiative to the Ministry's digitalization efforts and launched the "Consult the Advisor" application, adding that the business world can quickly receive answers to their questions and requests from trade advisors and attachés through this system.
Pekcan stated that as of today, the Ministry is providing services in 92 countries and 129 centers with 162 trade advisors and attachés within the framework of its foreign representation operations, and that with the "Consult the Advisor" module they developed within this system, another obstacle to trade will be removed. Pekcan noted the following:
“With the ‘Consult the Advisor’ application we have implemented, we aim to facilitate and enhance communication between our business community and our trade advisors and attachés. Our trade advisors, who are the first point of contact for our business community abroad and are located thousands of kilometers away from Türkiye, will be able to answer the questions of foreign trade professionals and investors regarding foreign markets directly through the system with this application.”
