| Turkish Eximbank Increases Brand Credit Support
Turkish Eximbank has started offering brand loans to companies wishing to acquire brands and related facilities from abroad, with a maximum repayment period of 10 years, including a 3-year grace period. The interest rate for the loan has been set by Turkish Eximbank at Euribor + 2.75.

| Logistics centers are being established in Africa.
Speaking at a consultation meeting with Africa, Trade Minister Pekcan said, “We are establishing Turkish Trade Centers in targeted locations, but more importantly, we need to establish logistics centers in a few African countries, and we have started working on this.”.

| Huge increase in home sales!
In November, housing sales increased by 54.4 percent, driven by lower mortgage interest rates offered by banks, reductions in VAT and title deed fees, and a downward trend in deposit interest rates. Sales financed by bank loans also rose by 725 percent due to the impact of falling loan interest rates.

| The trade fairs that the Ministry of Trade will support in 2020 under the "Decision No. 2014/4 Regarding the Support of Sectoral International Domestic Trade Fairs" have been announced. In accordance with this decision, the CNR Eurasia Elevator Fair, as the only international elevator, escalator, and technology fair in Istanbul in 2020, received the full support of the Ministry of Trade.
Destek kapsamında Bakanlıkça alınan kararın uygulama usul ve esaslarındaki yükümlülükleri yerine getiren CNR Avrasya Asansör Fuarı’nın katılımcıları yer kirası ve stant maliyetleri için ödenen fatura tutarının 76.000 TL’ye kadar olan kısmının %50’sini geri alabilecekler.

These include CNR İMOB, the world's largest furniture fair, as well as UNICERA, AYMOD, İDEX, EVTEKS, AYSAF, CNR FOOD İSTANBUL, HOSTECH by TUSID, and CNR AVRASYA ASANSÖR, all of which will be organized at the CNR Expo Istanbul Exhibition Center and will receive support from the Ministry of Trade in 2020. |

UNICERA, Türkiye's most prestigious trade fair bringing together bathroom, kitchen, and ceramic product groups, will take place from March 10-14, 2020, at its usual location, CNR Expo Istanbul Fair Center.
UNICERA Fair, where many product groups such as bathroom products, floor and wall coverings, ceramic processing technologies, kitchen products, decoration products, packaging and storage will be exhibited together, will host the new products and services of over 1,000 international brands that shape the sector.

K+ Fair Welcomes Thousands of Visitors
K+ Rubber and Plastics Fair, organized to be the strongest trade platform for the Turkish rubber and plastics sector, continues its domestic and international promotional activities. Following initial promotions in Beijing and Düsseldorf that reached thousands of potential buyers, K+ Rubber and Plastics Fair's promotional efforts are now focused on domestic markets.
Promotional activities at Istanbul Airport, one of the world's largest airports, in both domestic and international terminals will continue throughout December. Advertising spaces decorated by CNR Holding for the K+ Fair greet thousands of potential visitors traveling through the airport.
