After graduating from Istanbul Technical University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1985, he pursued academic studies at Aachen TH, Germany (1985-1988). He completed the Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Industrial Relations program at the KAIZEN Institute in Germany. He held senior management positions in Human Resources and Organizational Development, Quality Management, Corporate Identity, and Institutionalization at Siemens, Organik Kimya, Günsan, Taşar Group companies, and Netlog Group companies.
