Defence Industry Initiative. Accelerator Program.

Applications are now open for the “İSO KOZA” Corporate Innovation Acceleration Program, organized by the Istanbul Chamber of Industry (İSO) and supported by the Istanbul Development Agency. The program aims to accelerate the growth of startups whose ultimate goal is to establish a presence in the market with high value-added, industry-focused technological products, and to provide them with opportunities to build customer and supplier relationships with the industry. Applications are being accepted from startups in various focus sectors throughout 2019. This year's focus sector is the Defense Industry, and applications will be accepted from startups operating in the following areas:.

• Aircraft

Who can apply?

Startups operating in the Focus Technology Areas listed above and meeting the following criteria:

• The ultimate goal is to gain a foothold in the market with high value-added and industry-oriented technological products.
• Having graduated from an accelerator or incubator, or having reached a similar level of maturity.
• They have started working towards this goal, have an MVP (minimum viable product), but have not yet established their business model and commercialization processes.
• Preferably having issued at least one invoice.

• Meeting with investors at the "Türkiye Entrepreneurship Festival" to be held in March 2020.
• Istanbul Chamber of Industry Future Industrialist Award (a total of 200,000 TL in cash prizes for the top three startups)
