Draft Regulation on Chimney Control and Inspection

The Ministry of Environment and Urbanization's letter states that, within the scope of the Presidential Decree No. 1 on the Organization of the Presidency, published in the Official Gazette dated July 10, 2018, and numbered 30474, there is a need for legislation regarding chimney design, implementation, and inspection within the framework of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization's Organization and Duties; and that, in this context, the "Draft Chimney Control and Inspection Circular" containing the issues of chimney design, implementation, and inspection has been prepared by the parties.
