Employer Rights Training in Light of Supreme Court Decisions
In order to contribute to the development of the corporate structures of the companies that are members of the Rubber Manufacturers Association and to increase both their production and export performance, training activities aimed at the development of the employees of these companies have been carried out for 30 years, starting from 1989.
The trainings are designed to develop sector-specific technical knowledge and skills, and are aimed at both new and experienced personnel and managers. The topics are always updated to keep up with the latest developments.
These training programs are conducted by academics who are leading figures in the sector, as well as instructors who are experts and experienced professionals from various companies.
In this context, the training titled "Employer Rights in Light of Supreme Court Decisions" will be held on Tuesday, December 17, 2019, between 10:00 and 17:00 at the Rubber Manufacturers Association Headquarters.
The aim of the training:
✓ Knowing the rights of employers enables personnel management and work discipline to be managed in accordance with these decisions,
✓ Employers avoid facing heavy fines and other penalties,
✓ Businesses must be prepared for labor court proceedings and inspections by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, and any deficiencies must be identified and rectified.,
✓ Detection of unjustified payments and calculation errors made by employers as a result of Supreme Court decisions and rulings,
✓ Identifying and rectifying the costs incurred by the employer due to incorrect calculations in employee monthly payrolls,
