Extension of Deadlines in Public Tenders
With the Presidential Circular No. 2020/5 published in today's Official Gazette, another request submitted by our Assemblies has been resolved.
With this amendment, for contracts signed under the Public Procurement Law, if the contract terms cannot be fulfilled (temporarily or permanently, partially or completely) due to the coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic and this situation is documented, It has become possible to grant an extension of the term or to terminate the contract.
Applications regarding this matter should be submitted to the Administration that signed the Contract.
