Meet our instructor.

Tolga ACARLI was born in Istanbul in 1974. After completing his secondary and high school education at the Austrian High School, he continued his undergraduate studies in the USA. After completing his MBA and MIS master's degrees at Boston University, he began working in the consulting sector and has been providing management consulting services for nearly 20 years. ACARLI started his management consulting career at Deloitte in the USA, where he remained for 12 years before transferring to Deloitte Turkey in 2004. In 2009, he joined Consulta as a Managing Partner in Management Consulting. Throughout his consulting career, he has provided consulting services to over 400 companies in America, Europe, and Türkiye, primarily in the retail, fast-moving consumer goods, and manufacturing sectors, focusing on restructuring, strategy, institutionalization in family businesses, and corporate development.
