Occupational Health and Safety Requirements for the Use of Work Equipment
As is known, the minimum requirements for health and safety regarding the use of work equipment in the workplace are regulated by the Regulation on Health and Safety Conditions in the Use of Work Equipment, published in the Official Gazette dated April 25, 2013, and numbered 28628. The letter from the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services states that, in line with feedback received by the Ministry, work has begun to update the relevant Regulation.
