The required documents and other details for the application can be found in the user guide and frequently asked questions section at the provided link.

Note: To have your Quality System Audit conducted by companies that have registered on the portal as manufacturers and whose applications have been approved, you must upload and request the audit according to the underlined section under heading 8.3 in the user manual on the portal.
