1.HUKD Ankara Company Visits Organization – Reminder (Registration Deadline: November 5, 2018!)
On November 19-20, 2018 (Monday and Tuesday), HUKD members will be conducting the "Ankara Company Visits Organization II" according to the program shown below.

The visits include presentations on the projects and subcontractor policies of the visited companies, meetings with representatives from procurement departments, and short tours of the companies' facilities where permitted.
It is anticipated that a maximum of 2 people from each member company/organization will participate in the first stage. Transportation to Ankara (airfare) and accommodation will be covered by the participants.
We will meet at Ankara Esenboğa Airport on the morning of November 19th at a time to be announced later. Transfers within Ankara will then be provided by bus. The program will conclude with a return trip to the airport.
The hotel for the evening will be determined in the coming days. A hotel with a suitable location will be selected with a group discount. If members can arrive at the departure point at the bus departure time on the morning of the second day, they can also stay in a different location as they wish.
Because the companies to be visited are firms involved in critical production processes, they were asked to collect detailed personal information from the participants.

2.SASAD – 4th High Tech Port by MÜSİAD
The 4th High Tech Port by MÜSİAD event will be held in Istanbul between November 21-24, 2018, coinciding with the 17th MÜSİAD International Fair.

3rd SSB – 2019 NATIONAL PARTICIPATION FAIR ANNOUNCEMENT
The Presidency of Defence Industries (SSB) will be evaluating your requests for participation in trade fairs in order to determine which fairs will have national participation in 2019. A draft list of fairs where national participation is planned is attached.
The number of fairs and the amount of space you wish to participate in, as listed, will be combined with the requests of other companies and taken into consideration in the evaluation process for the final list of fairs where National Participation will be provided.

4. DEİK – Trade Delegation Visit within the Scope of the Indo Defence 2018 Fair
Within the scope of the Indo Defence 2018 Fair, which will be held in Indonesia between November 7-10, 2018, DEIK/Turkey-Indonesia Business Council will organize a business delegation visit to Jakarta.
Hosted by the Indonesian Ministry of Defence, this exhibition is the largest event in Indonesia's defence sector and offers participants new business and networking opportunities.
