HÜRKUŞ-2 is in the inventory of the Turkish Air Force.

Two HÜRKUŞ-2, a new generation basic training aircraft developed by our member Turkish Aerospace Industries (TUSAŞ), were delivered to the Turkish Air Force Command after the acceptance process. Thus, the aircraft were added to the inventory to be used in pilot training.

HÜRKUŞ-2 received Türkiye's first national military type certification on September 9, 2026. The experience gained in the design, testing, and certification processes is considered a significant achievement for Türkiye's efforts to develop its own unique air platforms.
