The aim is to address the challenges faced by leaders in education, help them change their mindsets, and convey their changing roles and responsibilities in the face of the impact of digital transformation on leadership.

Meet our instructor.

Canan Duman completed her university education in graphic design. Throughout her twenty-one years in the workforce, she has never lost her enthusiasm for learning. She believes in the necessity and importance of lifelong learning. She began her career as a reporter in 1998. During her fifteen years in the press, she held positions as editorial coordinator, editor-in-chief, advertising sales manager, and project and business development manager. In 2013, she transferred her experience and vision from the press to the corporate world, working as a corporate communications/human resources manager.

Following twenty years of experience in corporate life, she founded CD & Company / Corporate Development and Communication Consultancy agency in November 2018. Closely following innovative developments worldwide regarding the future of work and corporate development, Duman continues her career as a trainer, author, consultant, and speaker. She focuses her work on the future of work, talent management, employee experience, and communication.

Canan Duman has a book titled "Why Companies Lose Their Star Employees?". Her second book, "The Future of Work is Now – The Rise of the Collarless Economy and Employee Experience," was released in November 2019 and is available in bookstores and online.
