Turkish Export Credit Bank Inc. (Türk EXIMBANK) provides long-term financing for the investment and operating expenses of manufacturers, manufacturer-exporters, exporters, and companies engaged in foreign exchange-earning services and activities based in Türkiye, under a low-interest, long-term loan program sourced from the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA), an organization affiliated with the World Bank.

About the World Bank's Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA): MIGA is an agency of the World Bank Group established in 1985 to provide guarantees against non-commercial risks for foreign investments in developing countries. Turkey became a member in 1988.

Who is eligible for the loan program?

Companies that meet the following criteria:

• To be a resident of Türkiye

• Compliant with one or more of the following:

  • Manufacturers producing goods for export

  • Manufacturer-exporters

  • Exporters

  • Those who provide services and activities that generate foreign exchange
