Opinion on the Communiqués - Ministry of Industry and Technology
The Ministry of Industry and Technology has sent a letter to the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) requesting their opinion on the following communiqués, which have been prepared in parallel with the European Union directive.
- Draft Communiqué on Environmentally Friendly Design Requirements for Solid Fuel Space Heaters (2015/1185/EU)
- Draft Regulation on Energy Labelling of Space Heaters (2015/1186/EU)
- Draft Regulation on Energy Labelling of Solid Fuel Boilers and Solid Fuel Boiler, Auxiliary Heater, Temperature Control Devices and Solar Energy Device Packages (2015/1187/EU)
- Draft Communiqué on Environmentally Friendly Design Requirements for Space Heaters (2015/1188/EU)
- Draft Communiqué on Environmentally Friendly Design Requirements for Solid Fuel Boilers (2015/1189/EU)
The aforementioned Draft Circulars and Feedback Form are attached. We kindly request that your opinions and suggestions regarding the drafts, along with their justifications, be prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles for Legislation Preparation and submitted to Ms. Eda Güneysu (eda.guneysu@tobb.org.tr) at TOBB no later than the end of business hours on July 22, 2021.
