In accordance with the Communiqué on Workplace Hazard Classifications Related to Occupational Health and Safety, published in the Official Gazette dated 26/12/2012 and numbered 28509, the Workplace Hazard Classification Commission, of which the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) is also a member, which is responsible for determining workplace hazard classifications related to occupational health and safety, convenes every year in January to carry out its work within the framework of the "Procedure for Evaluating Objections to Workplace Hazard Classification".
