Meet our instructor. Prof. Dr. Nuray Ekşi completed her undergraduate studies in 1987 and her master's degree in 1989 at Marmara University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Private Law, with her thesis entitled "The EC Convention on the Law Applicable to Contractual Obligations". She obtained her doctorate in 1995 from Marmara University, Faculty of Law, with her thesis entitled "International Jurisdiction of Turkish Courts". In 1999, she was appointed associate professor at Marmara University, Faculty of Law, with her work entitled "Provisional Attachment of Foreign Vessels". Currently, Prof. Ekşi continues her work at Marmara University, Faculty of Law, and also teaches Private International Law at Yeditepe University, Faculty of Law. Prof. Dr. Nuray Ekşi has numerous articles and papers published in national and international journals, and many books published in the fields of Private International Law, International Trade Law, and other areas. |
